Dear Residents at Cedar West: 

Your dryer vents will be cleaned on:  October 28, 2025

Dryer Vent Solutions will be cleaning every unit from the outside. Their cleaning tools will clean to the flexible hose behind the dryer. No lint will blow into the apartment.

Access inside your unit will not be necessary unless there is a definite drying problem with your dryer. Additionally, we will schedule a limited number of units for optional inside cleaning to check the airflow and clean behind the lint screen. Residents with dryer/ dryer vent issues such as long drying times or a damaged flex hose will be given priority for these appointments. We are currently charging $40 for the extra inside cleaning service (sales tax included).

Dryer Vent Solutions will be cleaning every unit from the outside. Their cleaning tools will clean the flexible hose behind the dryer. No lint will blow into the apartment. 

Access inside your unit will not be necessary unless there is a definite drying problem with your dryer. Given the current circumstances related to COVID-19, we are only entering a limited number of units with dryer/ dryer vent issues (such as long drying times or a damaged flex hose.) We are currently charging $40 for the extra inside cleaning service (sales tax included).

Hallways Cleaning Notice

Starting today, our regular cleaning crew will be disinfecting all hallways/entry doors as well as all railings twice a week.

Carpet Cleaning 3

Building 1 is now being done. No miracles there either, but an improvement for sure.

Carpet Cleaning 2

The crew is now cleaning building 2. Don't expect miracles, but it does look better. Looks like they will be doing building 1 on Monday.

Carpet Cleaning

Building 3's carpets are being deep cleaned by our new cleaning crew. If everything looks good when they're done, we'll be doing the other buildings in the coming weeks.
