Parking Lot Lights
You may have noticed that some of the parking lot pole lights are out. The breaker keeps on tripping. There's not a whole lot we can do tonight. We'll do some more diagnosing tomorrow to determine which pole is causing a short.

Annual Fire Inspection
On Tuesday, October 15th, 2019 beginning at 8:00 am, Custom Security Systems will be conducting our annual fire alarm test mandated by the Everett Fire Department.
They will inspect the central alarm and fire extinguishers. The main alarm is very loud and will be tested several times in each building that day. Please refrain from disconnecting your smoke detector in a futile attempt to kill the noise in your unit. It is not your smoke detector that is making the noise, although it would be a good time to make sure that your smoke detector is working properly:
Thank you,
The Board of Directors
They will inspect the central alarm and fire extinguishers. The main alarm is very loud and will be tested several times in each building that day. Please refrain from disconnecting your smoke detector in a futile attempt to kill the noise in your unit. It is not your smoke detector that is making the noise, although it would be a good time to make sure that your smoke detector is working properly:
- First locate your smoke detector, attached to the ceiling, in your hallway.
- Examine the smoke detector for a little round “test” button. All detectors have one. Press and hold the test button for a few seconds to see if it beeps. If it does, your detector is working properly. If not, remove the smoke detector and check your batteries. Batteries should be replaced twice a year.
- According to the manufacturer’s instructions, all smoke detectors should be replaced after 10 years of use. The date will be listed on the back of the detector. If there is no date on the smoke detector, it is over 10 years old and needs to be replaced.
- If you hear your smoke detector “chirping” (it continuously beeps every few seconds up to a minute). This is an indication that the battery needs to be replaced.
Thank you,
The Board of Directors

Unfortunately, as you can see, they were not able to plow the lot due to some problems overnight. They are mobilizing a new crew and are estimating that they'll be able to get to us around 12 to 1pm. We are their second stop.
