Please ensure that all of your windows are and remain closed for the entire week.

Please remove all belongings (chairs, bbq, planters, etc.) from your deck or patio.

Decks and patios are considered common areas. Neither the Association nor Best Choice Construction will be responsible for any damage incurred if you do not comply with these requirements.
