Dues Payments

There seems to be some confusion as to where homeowners dues for May 2013 have to be sent. The new management company will not officially start until June 1, 2013. The dues for May 2013 should be sent to Windermere, as usual:

You will receive information on where to send the dues for June 2013 on or after May 10, 2013.

LED Light

We've installed a new LED light, in the parking lot, between Buidlings 1 and 2.

Board Meeting Cancelled

The Board Meeting that was to be held on April 18, 2013 has been cancelled. The next Board Meeting will be held on May 16, 2013.
