Deck Work Notice

We will be performing repairs and coating your deck (Units: 124, 134, 321, 322, 324, 325, 326, 331, 332, 334, 335, 336) beginning sometime around Sept. 18th. We will send out notices for exact start date of first building at least 48 hours before starting.

Working hours shall be between the hours of 7:30am and 4:30pm. The duration of this project is approximately 6 weeks (weather permitting).

All items need to be removed from your deck.

You will have no access to your deck for the time that we are working on your deck. Once we have applied the waterproof coating (top coat) there will be a cure time of 48 hours, then you will be able to replace your personal items back on your deck. We will give you an "All Clear" notice for returning your personal items on your deck.

Trees Removal

Removal of Trees in Parking Lot

On Monday, March 27, 2017 beginning at 9:00am, Yellow Rose Enterprises will be removing the six trees located in the parking lot center island.

Please note that no cars will be allowed to park in the center island parking slots between 9am and 4pm. If you usually park in the center island, please make sure that your car is parked elsewhere, next Monday.

Annual Owners Meeting Reminder

The annual homeowners meeting will be held on Thursday, March 9, at 7pm in the Horizon Elementary School cafeteria.

The school is located at 222 W Casino Road, Everett, WA 98204
